Don't know what to call it

4 or five small to medium vine ripened tomatoes
4 or 5 tomatillos
one cubanelle pepper
one poblano pepper
one large jalepeno pepper
one small clove of garlic
10 leaves of cilantro
one medium red or bermuda onion
one large limes juice

salt and vinigar to taste.

Add all of the ingredients to a food processor, and mulch it into salsa consistency.

If you want it hotter, add more jalepeno, if you want it milder, seed the jalepeno before tossing it in

Fridge it for a few hours, then balance the taste with the vinigar and salt.

I made a batch today, and I’ve eaten about a quart of it.

I don’t know what it’s called - but damn… It’s addictive…

chip dip? or is that too easy.
Are you staying around this time? We have had to burn stuff without you! I almost had to burn someone!

staying? - not right now - I’ll be getting my motorcycle sometime this week - and then it’ll be time to ride free.

Finally happy being me - and I’m loving every minute of it.

So are you going to quit your job and head out on the highway, looking for adventure?

Nope - the job is easy, the pay is good, and it’s a 7:30 to 4 pm job -which means I have time to let the dog out, then ride - did I mention I’ve got three weeks of vacation time, and am close to an extra weeks a year too?

Are you going to add one of those passenger seats for Spirit?

been already looking on e-bay…

Every dog’s dream, doesn’t have to stick his head out the window, there’s no window.

Well, I can’t argue with that. Good for you!
Can you mount a computer on the handlebars? I don’t see why we should lose out.
Can you send the lemming back once in awhile?
My cousin had a sidecar for his mom years ago.
You better get some sort of harness or Spirit will be gone the first time he sees a squirrel!

Belly Flop Slop?

Sounds good…

Spirit Salsa?
As a tribute, not made with or for canines…
(“no dogs were harmed in the making of this tapenade”)

Fire in the hole?

Internal combustion?

Chicago Fire

Like it lots!
