4 or five small to medium vine ripened tomatoes
4 or 5 tomatillos
one cubanelle pepper
one poblano pepper
one large jalepeno pepper
one small clove of garlic
10 leaves of cilantro
one medium red or bermuda onion
one large limes juice
salt and vinigar to taste.
Add all of the ingredients to a food processor, and mulch it into salsa consistency.
If you want it hotter, add more jalepeno, if you want it milder, seed the jalepeno before tossing it in
Fridge it for a few hours, then balance the taste with the vinigar and salt.
I made a batch today, and I’ve eaten about a quart of it.
I don’t know what it’s called - but damn… It’s addictive…
