I have purchased two of these before and. Just bought three more.
I have always slept with a quilt but decided to try these months ago.
I do not use a top sheet and I have never had a cover this soft.
I snapped them up…at this price!! WOOHOO!

Are they actually comparable in warmth to a down comforter?

Great! Bought these for our camping trailer. Glad to hear they are comfortable. I was worried at that price.

I would say no. I purchased one of these in the spring and while I do like it and am satisfied for the $20 I paid, they are not super warm. I live in Illinois and I will most likely have to swap it out for something warmer during the coldest 3 months of the year. But its great for this time of year!

I bought one last time they had the listing, It is super warm and very soft. I’d say it’s definitely comparable.

Bought one the last time they were available and I’m so glad I did! Sooo soft and just the right amount of filling (for me). Not too heavy, not too thin, just right.

I guess like they say, you get what you pay for. This is thin and the wrinkles don’t wash out. The lining isn’t attached at the edges so it shifted around the edges when washed. I hung it on the line outside so who knows what it will look like when it comes out of the dryer. Also it came with a ton of loose filling all over it. Made me thing it had a whole in it somewhere. Glad I only bought the one and it is for a spare room.
