basically half off. not bad if you want one of these fans. Cool factor is up there, hard to explain a $200+ fan though.

There’s a fan in the base that blows air up to the ring, where it’s dispersed. They aren’t as awesomely magic as they appear

I’ve heard it’s a great bubble machine. Other than that, pointless.
the ‘fan’ is in the bottom. the air just comes out of the fancy lookin ducting up top.
I’m thinking of it as Art…that it produces wind is a side-benefit!
