No really… go for it. You know you want to. We will also need at least a couple of people to claim these work so well they can actually void the warranty on your carpet due to how much suction they have. Granted that isn’t true… but it doesn’t stop people from making the claim.
Bought this during previous woot off, but would have waited if I had known I could get the eerily “blue” looking one. Oh well, this vacuum is amazing. I have a yellow lab who sheds like crazy and the first time using this in the house it picked up all the tiny hairs our old vacuum would leave behind.
I bought this a few years ago. Allergies in the house so we vacuum 2-3 times a week, stairs, hardwood floors down stairs (except for tiled kitchen and bathroom with a carpeted room) and carpet upstairs except for a big hardwood game room). Also use it to clean the cars and it’s held up to this point.
Like a vacuums, or anything really, you have to maintain it. Clean out the cylinder, empty the stuff that gets sucked up after every 1-2 uses, etc.
Dyson is the best. I’ve been meaning to upgrade on this one, actually.

Well that sucks!
I bought the yellow one during the wootoff. I’d have preferred the blue.

Jumping on the bandwagon here.
Picked it up during the woot-off. Mine’s scheduled to arrive tomorrow so I can’t report how good it is, but I’m kinda peeved I could’ve waited to have the blue one rather than the police-tape-yellow clad one.

I once vacuumed a man in Reno just to watch him die.
Well, I WAS going to put in some Berber, until the carpet salesman saw my Woot’d Dyson sitting in the corner. He blanched, stammered something about tidal vortexes, and bolted from my home.
Should I be concerned about refurbed Dysons? I’ve purchase several refurb items, and needless to say, they broke/stopped working. I’m also the type to maintain and baby my items… so are refurb Dysons reliable?
