Damn you woot! You read my mind! I’m in need of a vacuum for my new house, but I simply cannot afford a $400 vacuum. ::sigh:: I guess I will have to, regrettably, settle for the $100 suck-you-vac from Wal-Mart

How does the size of the dirt container compare with the size of a full uprights dirt container? Will this one hold less overall?
At $400 this thing better come equipped with an energy emitted Proton Stream that help dissipate psychokinetic energy.
I love Dyson Vacuum cleaners, they are the BEST.
But this is not good deal at all. Costco sells the Dyson DC23 for the same price of $399. Plus you can ship to Costco store for free.
And most critical Costco return policy is way better then any other warranties .

Great price, if I didnt have a central vac in the house I would totally jump on this deal. Then again these do seem so over-hyped. 
From what I have seen on store shelves, it appears that this is at least half the size of the one on my parents DC17 upright.
If I didn’t have a small house and already had one of the DC18 Slim models I would get it.
pass on this woot- cordless vac only way to go unless you’re in that weird Roomba cult. Especially on steps, you’ll thank me later.
