Good reviews at homedepot.com and walmart.com

I bought this Dyson two years ago from a Woot sale for a little more $$ and it’s still going great. The filters are easy to clean and I’ve had no issues with it what so ever - other than the occasional cutting and cleaning of the beater bar due to long hair in the house getting wrapped around it. I’ve never had to change the belt and keep the filters cleaned out every 3 months. Best vacuum I’ve ever purchased!

Dyson is amazing. Bought for office and definitely pulls up more dirt than old sears stick. But I’m still the only one that cleans the filter no matter how full it gets. Fix that dyson guy

Another “Factory Reconditioned” product from Dyson. Quality Control powers… ACTIVATE!

I’ve bought 3 Dysons from Woot over a 10 year stretch, all being refirbs. They last about 3-4 years and then are junk. I won’t get another one unless it is a factory new.

Im on the fence.

Great price and somewhat great reviews, but a relative of mine purchased a DC26 Animal about 6 weeks ago that used ball technology and he likes it quite a bit, so I am considering waiting for that to come back up in the next few months.

How does this compare? I’m aware the ball allows for easier maneuverability, but does it add unnecessary complexity? It seems like the filter is on the side of the ball. Is it replaceable? The filter on this vacuum is just at the bottom of the tank.

I purchased a similar style (DC28, I think)of refurb Dyson a few years back, and it works fine, but I would not do it again. My primary complaint is that the front end of these models does not fit under a cabinet’s toe kick. Who designs out such a basic cleaning functionality?

I also think that the attachment is still too rigid, and I find annoying the decision by Dyson to automatically return the carpet height setting to medium each time it’s turned off instead of leaving it where the user had it last.

Dyson sucks, and I meant not in a good way. I’ve owned a couple because I was feeling a bit of a fancy douchnozzle when I saw it here at Woot. Both unit lasted less than a year(refurbed), dealt with the pain in the ass customer service and glad that both units are done. The handle/hose stick attachment is awkward to use, and the hose cracked in less than a year. It’s just flimsy all around and gimmicky. Most vacuums are like that nowadays unfortunately but I’ve been very pleased with my new Hoover Wind Tunnel upright with automatic cord rewind. It also came with a couple of highly functional pet hair removal accessory, just a better vacuum all around for a better price.

We’ve always been happy with our Dyson vacs. Not 1 complaint.

I bought one of these awhile back on here. I do not like it at all. My husband does the vacuuming because I cannot stand the thing. Every once in a while it makes a horrible sound!

I ordered this dyson 16 days ago! I have yet to receive it! Woot has not even bothered to ship it. Even though they promise 3-8 day shipping.
I look for a link on this site to inquire where my shipment is but there is no link to be found for customer service. It is apparent Woot is selling merchandise that they do not have!
Caveat emptor, buyer beware! I will now be very reluctant to purchase anything else from woot!

Yikes, sorry for the delay. Please email support@woot.com for assistance. Include your Woot username and order number for faster service.
