Only problem is they claim to be the only vacuum that never looses suction…but they have a special page on their website for just such an occurence. Oh, and when they do loose suction, they are ridiculously expensive to get fixed. Something so expensive should last more than a year like mine did!

Did not receive small vacuum brush attachment in the packaging. Waiting for Woot support, but not having much luck.
