Dyson TP02 ordered, HP01 delivered.

I’m really ticked off. I ordered the Dyson TP02 fan advertised last week. Today I received the box, but they shipped me a different Dyson fan that isn’t even in the same class as what I ordered. I hated the prospect of spending this much money for a fan in the first place, but my wife wanted it. Now I have to deal with the headache of sending it back and hoping Woot will actually send what they sold me. Just frustrated and venting here…

Woot Customer Service. From a browser, use the Woot Customer Service form. In the Woot App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

Instead of fixing this, CS pulled serious shenanigan’s. I was refunded $20 with a message that states, “if this isn’t acceptable, give us a call”. I’ve already wasted enough of my time with this, I’m not going through the extra hassle of now shipping this thing back. This is basic bait and switch or serious mismanagement at the very best.
I’m very disappointed by this and by Woot’s response. Rest assured, this will be the LAST purchase from Woot.

If you’re unhappy with the refund, contact Woot CS and they’ll send you a paid return label.

Great advice. I have requested a return label and I’ll send this thing back. I prefer to not do business with companies who do shady things like this. I’m quite sure there a better places to spend my money. Shame on you Woot, I was a loyal customer until now.
