Drat. Sounds like the battery. Make sure you give it a good long charge for the first charge.
If no luck, you can either reach out to Woot customer service for a return or you do have the Dyson warranty if you want to try them first.

I have already sent out an email yesterday with video attached ask for a return and full refund, looking forward to hearing back from the customer service.

Ordered mine and it was out for delivery on Sunday. Still haven’t seen it as of today (Thursday). Woot is not very responsive to my emails. Extremely frustrating…
I don’t see an order from the account your posting from. Make sure when you contact customer service, you’re using the account that made the order.
