Well, this sucks…

Or buy the v7 animal refurb from Dyson ebay store @ $250 - 20%…($200)?

Good eye! We dropped our price $10. If you purchased earlier this morning, the price difference will be refunded shortly.

TT, you’ve been savin’ that one, haven’t ya?
[/rofl]

Where would the - 20% be from?
Coupon?

Save your pennies for a v8. Worth the difference.

Thank you!

PREP4SUMMER the code is right on the listing under the ad title

Darn it, I knew I should’ve waited a little bit longer…

Had decided it would be easier to get another refurb cordless than to fixup my old one… my previous two Dyson Cordless Vac’s had been purchases from Woot.

Maybe when refurbed V10’s show up here, I’ll make the jump…

We own two Dyson products. A plug-in and a rechargeable. Our experience is that they are overpriced and they underperform. I would not buy them again.

I bought the reconditioned Dyson V6 Motorhead for 164.99. It sucks big time! My wife loves it…

Here is a hilarious video review and teardown:

NSFW language warning, but otherwise well worth watching.

Zulily has a V6 cordless on their site for $169.99

Bought the V6 motorhead on here 6 months ago. Love it. Does a great job and is very convenient for quick clean ups.

Award the man a “quality post”.

One of the hardest things for me to clean up is the mounds of dog hair in my car. I’ve tried “pet hair removers” of all sorts but they just don’t come out of the floor and cargo area Upholstery. The only thing that works is our upright Kirby. Unfortunately, it’s too big for some areas and does not get the corners. How well does this thing work with pet hair on floorboards or cargo area upholstery

While I agree that their corded vacs are overpriced and underperform, I’m genuinely curious what you’d recommend as an alternative for a cordless vac. I have a Dyson V6 Absolute, and I find it significantly better on both hard floors and carpet compared to other cordless vacs I’ve tried.
