Received the new upright and used for all of 15 minutes and the brush head already is not working(barely anything even vacuumed). I have followed the online video “reset” instructions. 42 calls in queue when attempting to call Dyson support. We bought new dyson to replace 8 year old model. This one is built sooooo cheaply by comparison while quieter then the old. It simply doesn’t work.
