Any feedback on the V8, i purchased a refurbished V7 on Woot and the vacuum battery kept on dying after 30 seconds of use
Hi there. If it was within the Dyson 180 day warranty, did you reach out to them? If it’s past that, the battery can be replaced. It’s not that hard to do. There are YouTube videos to help.
It was factory refurbished, I ended up just returning back to Woot after talking to the CS rep. I guess I am making the inference that these batteries are not refreshed, and maybe just the original battery

I have had a V8 since something like 2017. Same one. The battery eventually needs to be replaced, but there are plenty of options on the mother-ship.
