I purchased the e-GO Kids Library. When I received it I copied it to my hard drive as suggested on the card. When I tried to open it, could not get it to load. I checked the propertied and learned that 16,384 kbts were used while the available space was 8,036,237,312. The drive was essentially empty. I would like a replacement or my money back.
