Same thing. I ordered PS5 and I received Nintendo switch instead. Now, I can not order another one due to order limit.

Hello. Per the instructions, allow 5-7 business days. It may be a bit longer as our warehouse was closed for over two days this week due to a gas leak. That has put our returns team behind.
