How are these for dampening the sounds of say… your loved ones’ snoring? Does it block out grizzly bears sawing logs in the Appalachian Mountains? Asking for a friend. Yeah. totally not asking for my wife.

These are made to reduce volume without blocking or distorting sound. They’re great for concerts and such but might not be what you’re looking for as far as snoring where I’d assume you want to block the sound altogether.
