I highly recommend passing this one by. Manufactured in Brazil from very soft, lightweight wood. More than half the parts are warped. Several deep handling scratches on most of the parts. A few of the components have deep chips. The finish is extremely thin and very soft; easily nicked and scratched during assembly. The disclaimer on the product listing indicates “Real wood furniture has knots & small cracks that may look like blemishes. These natural characteristics should be expected.” Right. What it should say is “this thing must have been run over by a truck‘cause it’s beat down!” Sure, the price is low, but not nearly low enough to justify the exceptionally low quality. It’s a pass, kiddies.
I’d ask if you’re out of your mind, but something tells me that you bought this.
Unfortunately, ya, I bought it for my mother’s house. Not really up to the standards of the rest of her furniture, but at least it’s functional if unattractive.
