Anyone know the difference between this bike, and the EX-4S plus bike?
Screen size I believe. Just bought the 4S-10 for $365USD $499.99CAD at Costco.
Bought and assembled the bike and I think it’s awesome. I only wanted the bike and do not need Echelons classes but they force you to sign up for the 30 day trial membership which requires a card to be on file. I cancelled the membership 8 days prior to the 30 day trial period. Once cancelled, Echelon disabled my access to my online account and proceeded to bill my card in the amount of $426.26. By the way, I was never able to get a person on the phone to dispute the charge. Now I’m currently working with my bank to get a refund which involved issuance of a new bank card etc. Good bike, horrible, deceptive business model. Stay away from this company.
