I have an eschelon connected bike. Be aware any tracking and related is only available with a membership (approx 400/yr)

Do you need to have a membership to use the bike? Or is that just for tracking your progress, ride schemes, etc.?

As long as the bike is plugged in, you will be able to use it and control the resistance. You will need the app if you want to view and track your stats.
Yep. To know how fast, far, etc. You need to have the app. Also, you should check which devices will run the app. Not all tablets do and it’s not available for the PC - at least not the version for my connected bike.
In the event that it’s damage or missing parts, Is this eligible for a return?
If so, what would be the time frame?
This comes with a 365 day manufacturer’s warranty and the details are in the listing. Should it arrive damaged you’d want to contact Woot’s customer service immediately.
Woot wouldn’t have the missing parts so you’d want to contact the manufacturer for those should it happen.
