Echo (2nd Generation) - Smart speaker with Alexa

They are sending the wrong ac adapter, you will have to buy one separately.
The echo has issues when connecting via Bluetooth, I connect my firesticks and i have to put the volume up to 10 and still it is low, i searched in amazon support and the issue has not been fixed

I wish I could turn it back

From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.

In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

I’ve found Woot Customer Support to be responsive and very even-handed in dealing with issues. And “issues” happen more frequently with these “Used” devices from mother Amazon.

Unlike with Amazon Certified, which typically includes the original warranty (and is more expensive), the verification process at mother Amazon for “used” devices appears to be little more than checking that something other than a rock is in the return box.

The sound quality of this 2nd gen Echo might not be quite up to that of the 3rd gen Echo (and “2nd gen Echo Plus”, which is actually a 3rd gen Echo!), but it handily blows the sound quality of any gen Dot out of the water. So if you’re looking to improve the sound of a Dot for streaming music, at $29 this might be the solution.
