Does this version (4th generation) support being added to an Eero Mesh network as a node?
Hello.
Yes, 4th gen does support Eero extended hub capabilities.
Mine arrived today. Sealed box but they packed the incorrect power cord. Sent an email to support and they said sorry and we sold out…
Did you get the power cord for the 2nd Gen?
what is the difference between the 3 choices??
As far as the numbers beside the conditions go:

What kind of smart is it like book, street, or alec?
Maybe ass?
Exact same thing happened to me. Guess we could buy one now and send the other unit back for a refund (assuming the correct cord is included this time)? The adapter sent with mine was 15W and the Echo requires 30W, with a larger connector.
Likelyhood of getting wrong power adapter/cord, and $6 shipping kills the deal.
Hi there. make sure you reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).
Please allow 24-48h for them to respond.
Browser: Use the Woot! Customer Service form.
Woot! App: Choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Self-Return: Items without Li-Ion batteries can be self-returned within 30 days. Go to your Order Details to get started. The return label will be emailed from UPS.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.
This says free shipping with Prime but when I proceed to checkout it is saying $6. Any idea why?
Are you logged in using your amazon account or your woot account? You have to log in using Amazon if you want the free shipping.
I’m logged in with Amazon.
Do you see a box asking you to verify your address?

Hi there. I can see that you logged in with Prime. The discount is shown on the last screen before you order.
What is snart hub? Do i need it?
I am wondering if I can get away with spending anymore money on Alexa related stuff. Spouse is not a fan.
“Alexa? How can I make my spouse love you, too?”
