Both deals are new, both with 1-year Amazon warranty. Identical screen resolutions, same cpu, same speaker size, both have Bluetooth, both with camera slide cover.
Depending on your needs, the choice between the two is not easy for that extra $10.
Echo Show 2nd gen doubles the camera resolution from 1 megapixel to 2 megapixels, and adds the ability to use the Show 5 like a security camera by monitoring the room via the Alexa app. Will you even use the Show 5 for video calls?
However, the Echo Show 2nd gen removes the 3.5mm audio output jack.
