What do the numbers in parentheses after the condition mean?
I really wish it were easier to use an alternative OS and/or voice assistant, even the ability to open the thing and replace the innards with a pi would give the housing more life. Not to say that I don’t love repeated reports on Amazon’s data collection being used to manipulate the unwitting consumer, but their shadier anticompetitive product trend tracking is made way easier by Alexa never reeeally being off.
Bought a few. When they say used, they mean used. They’re in good condition, but nobody bothered to clean them up; mine had plenty of finger grease deposit on top near the buttons, pretty gross. So plan on sanitizing them…
Still a good deal. I plan on using them to replace the silly broken Nu-Tone intercom in my house, you can buy nice looking in-wall brackets and PoE adapters on Amazon.
The hardware alone is a weirdly good deal even if you do tear the insides out and replace them, especially as it’s a touch screen
Got mine yesterday, listed as “Very Good”. Looks nice, but sadly, doesn’t actually work. Returning it.
Got mine two days ago. Came in a generic brown box, but was absolutely brand new, (well looked like it) and works perfectly.
My dAughter and I both ordered. Mine came with wrong power supply (literally doesn’t fit). Hers has correct power but has connectivity issues.

I bought this for my new house and didn’t get it set up right away. The speaker doesn’t work it’s completely distorted 
Not in the condition it was supposed to be and I think it’s too late to do anything about it.
