These devices keep getting cheaper and cheaper. Before long, we will just toss them in the landfill when we need a battery since the battery will cost as much as the unit itself. Just like printers.

No experience with this device but I have 2 neatos and 1 samsung 9000 series deployed at my home. Two cats and 1st floor all hard wood, basement carpet and 2nd floor carpet/tile. Hardly ever have to drag out the hole house vac hose. Maybe once a month. Basement unit runs once a week, 1st floor 3 times a week (have to empty the bin once a week, samsung about once every other week. For the cost, the Neato 21 wins since it doesn’t beat the crap out of the furniture, the 9000 gets a second because it’s got as much suction a standard push around unit but it doesn’t get too close to stuff. The 80 model neato, it beats up on stuff but not as bad as the iRobot scooba. It’s little side brush keeps coming off but one of my cats thinks it’s his toy and is always seen running around with it in his mouth. I think since I’ve taught him to play fetch, he thinks it’s jut a harry Frisbee and brings it to me to throw.

For a hundred bucks, this might make a nice device for someone in a small apartment for a once a week job.

This is brand new or the best refurb I have EVER received from woot! Seems to work very well so far. It’s a little smarter than my first two Roomba’s.
