from twitter just b4 that shirt-a-thon went up?

There’s about 500 of these… buy people buy!!!

This is more than enough TV for a small apartment even if you do happen to watch a lot of TV or play a lot of games. I can attest to my 26" Samsung doing the job beautifully. I grant you that this is an off-brand with a few less features and connections, but I have an Element 17" CRT monitor, recently retired, that lasted me for almost a decade of computing, so I’d be inclined to trust their quality of manufacture. And $200 is about $300 less than I paid for -my- TV (a year or two back, admittedly).

This is your “rep” from deals.woot - if you are active over there your rep increases. (Posting deals, commenting or voting deals up, etc)

I’m honestly not sure how I got to be a purple. I’m not that active over there.

Not bad reviews:

Looks like it’s about $299 usually. Hmmm, we do need a TV for the bedroom.

To answer the question… Maybe 1 hour a week if there is something i want to watch. Otherwise, thats a negative on watching tv. Otherwise I don’t…

Does this have dvi?

I have had an element LCD HDTV since 2007. It works quite well. I purchased it on a whim because my old TV broke during moving, so needed a new one. I haven’t had any problems with it, going on nearly three years now. It’s a little baby 19" one.

too many TVs!

I don’t know who these “Associated Content” people are, but for what it’s worth, here’s a review from them:

This is relevant to yesterday’s XKCD

hey,at least it did resume; try to be grateful for that

About $20 cheaper

i got this from woot about a month ago. perfectly adequate, pretty good picture. at this size, you probably won’t be able to notice the difference between this and 1080

Can someone tell me what difference 720 vs 1080p makes?

Query: how well would this work as a PC monitor, especially for someone who primarily uses their PC for gaming?

how can you tell there’s about 500 of them?

If I had $205 to spare, I’d seriously consider getting this for my kitchen to replace the 15" CRT in there now.

Sadly - it is a big if. sigh.

What is the bowl of cereal?
