This model number is not listed on the support page for downloading a users manual. There are some similar, but not this one.

It’s likely this one: ELCFW328
The B on the end of our model number probably denotes the refurbished condition.

With my prior experience with Element… AVOID IT.

I had one which I barely used and somehow the TV power supply box (attached to back of TV where actual plug attaches) blew out. Repair was not an option as parts were not readily available at good pricing so I had to dispose of it.

Hopefully this ‘refurbished’ device has the fix already but there’s no way to know.

We have THREE Elements LED Televisions. Bought two of them from CostCo. The ones with the JBL Sound System are fantastic, as virtually all other flat-panels - whoever made them - have wretched sound, but the JBL Elements sound great. One of ours had a technical problem - the socket that takes an external antenna broke of. Our dealing with Element on the warranty repair was a total circus. They sent a non-working replacement, then a non-JBL one. If you buy one of these, be sure to get the longest external warranty you can. This one does NOT have the JBL sound system within the unit, so I’m guessing that it sounds as bad as almost all the other flat-panels.

I’ve rarely comment and have bought 30 plus items from woot however reading the Amazon reviews this is a bit scary now sometimes it is better to buy a refurbished items because the problem has been fixed but I would recommend you read Amazon prior to this purchase
