Speakers are near useless on this TV, make sure you have an external solution. When I had a problem (the very common black screen issue), Element would pay for the return shipping only for 45" or bigger screens, reading linked reviews, this is no longer the case.
Do not buy this TV without an extra warranty.
All that said, when it worked, picture was good but a bit cool for my taste. No monkeying around with controls could remove the faint blue cast. But it worked for us for nearly a year.
