I’m guessing that’s because these ones are open-box.

How does this compare with the Swash 1000 that also appears on Woot from time to time?

I own both the swash1000 and a similar biobidet unit to this one. I tend to waffle back and forth over which I prefer. While I can’t comment on this particular unit(functions are all similar to the biobidet I own), I can say that the biobidet is:
more powerful
has a fussier remote.

The BB has much louder and much more “mechanical” sounding motors. The pump is louder and functions do not overlap so the fan will not start until the wand is retracted(so this adds several seconds to the cleaning regimen).
The remote on the BB seems fussy regarding batteries, more sensitive to voltage drop? as the batteries start to go I find myself having to pop the cover and pull the batteries and re-install. Buy AAA’s in bulk and keep them in the bathroom. seems to cycle through batteries quicker than the Swash. swash ~1x/yr. BB ~3xyr?

It’s all about the power however, and there is no comparison between the two. The BB is much more powerful. Both seats are fully adjustable for water temp, seat temp, nozzle pressure, nozzle position etc.

Can’t go wrong with either one, IMO. I would say if I had to replace one, I’d probably buy BB.
always use an inline bidet filter, search online.

I bought the BB 2000 from Woot about this time last year, and is one of the best purchases of ever made. Unlike another commenter here, my remote is worked flawlessly. Although it’s only been in use about seven months (it took me a while to find an electrician to put an outlet near the toilet) I’m still on the original batteries, and the little battery-o-meter still shows a full charge.

This model seems to be one step below what I have based on the features listed but it’s also about $100 less than I paid.

This one is about $200 more on the mothership with 101 reviews averaging 4.4 stars. I would assume these are new, because the one I received last year from Woot was brand-new.

Sounds like a decent deal to me.

Is the water spray heated by this system, or is it just spraying at the input temp?

Checked the manual linked in the features. It talks about adjusting the water temperature.
