Email, email! Have you updated your email?

I’ve tried for 3 years to get mine updated as my old email address was closed and i don’t know my Woot password.. the bad part in all this is that trying to do returns is impossible, I never get sent the label. I do at least get shortages resolved (i.e. I received only one of something when I ordered 2). I love Woot and order often, is there anything I can do to get this matter addressed?

Unfortunately, we’re stuck right now. Amazon updated the tool we used to update email addresses and now it doesn’t work for Woot. Not sure when this will be addressed either. :frowning:

Add to that, the CS tool (also Amazon) only lets reps answer to the Woot email address. We do not have visibility to Amazon logins or a way to respond to a different email.

In the meantime for returns, ask them to send the UPS label to your other email address. Because this comes from UPS directly, they can enter a different email address.

If that doesn’t work, private message me and I’ll be the middle man between you and CS.

Unfortunately not.

If you’re doing a return, ask CS to send it to your new email address.

Thanks. I just sent to support to update my email and pw. Hopefully, the email will update soon. The old email is no longer valid and inactive. Keep my fingers crossed.
