I, too, have received samples from this company, but I was please with the sample I tasted - lasagna and meat sauce, I believe. If this was a better selection (I do not like cheese or “white sauces”) - or even a choose-your-own-package (Woot regularly offers multiple choices for their “one-deal-a-day” now) - I would grab several! This really is a good deal!
I see that the description says these were manufactured on Jan2015. What is expiration date of this pack? The description doesn’t say.
Is it different for each package? If so, what is the soonest expiration date? what is the longest expiration date? what is the average expiration date?
I tried to google it, but only found this Q&A session. The answer was not from Wise, but from the seller’s customer service.

Q: What is the expiration date for this product? (How many months/years will the packets be good for) twilson on Mar 14, 2015
A:Thank you for your question, twilson. The shelf life of each product differ, it is not based on how long a packet will last, but how long the kit is good for. Each product description, includes the approximate shelf life of the kit. Most of the Emergency Food Supply Kits are designed to last 20 or more years. The survival kits can last for much longer, given you replace any of the food or water once they expire, which is approximately five years. Have a great day.

It looks like about 200 kcal per serving. That is 5 sevings a day to get 1000 kcal, which is pretty light in a survival situation. So this is about 21 days of food for one person in a hunker down with not effort kind of situation.
The product Woot is selling is slightly different (and maybe better, variety-wise). However, the reviews for this company and their products are awful on Amazon at the link you posted.
