Time to learn all about All-Clad

I was going to bitch about it not being induction cook top ready but looky there. BAM!

I would like to know the gauge, the thickness,of the steel…

Does this have aluminum in the sides, or just the bottom?

The photo they used is of the Pro-Clad line of Emril.

Is that accurate?

[MOD: Pro-Clad is in our title. It’s correct.]

Just the bottom. I have the older set (about 5 years) that has the copper sandwich bottom and love them - not sure about the quality of aluminum ones though.

Here’s Amazon, same model number (2100058159).

Some in-depth research goin’on upinhere.

$294 on Prime so not a bad Woot deal today.

But it looks like people like it at double this price…

You are aware that Amazon runs Woot, aren’t you? Amazon can adjust their pricing higher in order to sell the items on woot.

Bingo!

exactly. Lowest and fairly common price on amazon is $150ish

EDIT: ^^ I should have read all comments before commenting someone beat me to it.

All-Clad cookware sold under the All-Clad name has a reputation for ultra-high quality and with an ultra-high price. I doubt they would put their name on something that was cheap/flimsy. So, just going by their reputation, I’d say this is an exceptional deal.

Dont know a ton about cooking… We are still using the set we got when we got married 15 years ago… Is stainless steel nonstick or do you just need to learn how to cook properly?

Darn that internet and its usability for research like this!

We say PRO-CLAD in the title.

You’d probably need to contact All-Clad for that information.

You do know that we have our own buyers and sell our own inventory, right?

Not sure what the BINGO is about. If you look at the last 6 months, the price has been pretty consistent. A sale around Christmas and a couple others.

Not seeing it. See graph above.

Hey wooters, I love a good conspiracy theory as much as the next person, but there ain’t one here.

Good lord your job sucks
