Good price and good reviews. Mothership has the 44’ model for $240+ and these reviews: https://www.amazon.com/Emerson-Ceiling-CF144WW-Profile-Appliance/dp/B00350QFO2#customerReviews

I have 3 of these fans. They are great

Old Victorian house. In one of the rooms I’m doing the install the overhead wire is hot. I have no wall switch and depend on the pull chains to run the fan. Will the remote on t5his allow me to do this or do you need a wall switch?

What kind of a light bulb do they use? And is it bright enough to light up a bedroom?

From the features:

Integrated outdoor ceiling fan light fixture uses two 50-Watt mini-candelabra halogen bulbs (included)

Can you change the lighting to LED bulbs?

The Q&A on Amazon is inconclusive.

Call me crazy but I’m in for two!!

Not dimming, but the lead review has this link in it…

Seems like any standard mini-candelabra screw base bulb should work; they just happen to include halogen ones with it. Might need to be fairly narrow like the typical flame-shaped ones with that base – i.e., globe-shaped bulbs may not fit within the housing.
