Bad reviews, and the price is quite expensive compared to better brands.

I was thinking the price wasn’t good and it’s an off brand… not worth it.

Best Buy has a different SSD on sale almost every week. And if you’re near Fry’s or MicroCenter, they always have a deal as well.

at 1/4 th the price advertised these become a deal. otherwise meh… name brands at 1/2 the cost from other vendors…

Agree with everyone on this. Emtec? Never heard of them. They should cut these prices by 40%. That would make a solid woot. Remember solid woots?

This is NOT a good buy at all. There are many reliable name brands out there that make SSDs that are cheaper than this.
