Hello! These are damp rated. They can work in enclosed areas as well, just make sure there is a little room around the bulb (not sandwiched in the fixture). Outdoor is okay as well, as long as it’s not directly exposed to water or snow (elements)
He didn’t define how tight is “sandwiched”, so whether it’s safe in a 6"x6" bathroom fixture is not clear. Most stove hoods want little bulbs, not ones with full-size bases.

As long as it has a little wiggle room, these should be okay in an enclosed area.
