Are the lights sealed? It’s hard to tell. Can this be used in the rain/outdoors in general?

These fixtures are damp rated. They cannot be directly exposed to elements like rain, but they can be used outside. Outdoors is just fine, but if it starts raining, cover it or put it under a covered area so the rain doesn’t hit it directly.

Looks like each light has only an “on/off” switch… Can I assume that there is NOT a “hi/low” switch on each light? Thanks

These are non dimmable. They only turn on/off. You can chose to only have one or both on.
