I got a set of these in a previous woot sale. Worked fine for a few months, then stopped. Tried using customer support to troubleshoot and it was a lousy, fruitless experience. Ended up junking them. Do not recommend.
I replaced with some Orbis I also got off woot and have been much happier with those.
