That’s a COMMA between bison and bacon. Which means it’s bison AND bacon. The ingredients for bacon are in parentheses.

I did not care for these. The flavor was not great, but the texture was the worst. Very soft and mushy once you bite into them. Ended up using them as dog treats.
Today I received the Epic Bison bar I ordered a few days ago. I looked at the back and the “best by date” expired on May 23, 2025. Did anyone else get expired bars?
