While I cannot attest to the factory reconditioned aspect, I purchased one of these at retail and they are great printers. There are two paper trays so you do not have to keep swapping out photo paper and letter sized or whatever sized paper you want in either tray. Both trays can hold up to A4 size paper. And then there is the back specialty tray. Unlike the two front trays, this back tray does not feed your paper up and over 180°. It feeds straight through, so thicker papers can go through without jamming. The quality is decent and scanning is not bad either. But if you do any printing for crafting of any kind, I highly recommend this printer. It is perfect for stencils like for using in bleaching shirts (https://www.reddit.com/r/bleachshirts).
