BAH! I can’t buy this :frowning: Not for us in Virginia…

This link is a repeat, and already sold out

Yeah, I was about to say…

It’s not a repeat, IT’S A LIE!

Where’s the link? I can’t even find it.

Top right, under the woot-off logo

These things are fantastic. I have had a Passport 8500 for over 10 years (yes they last that long) but bought this model just last year after I dropped my old one too many times. :frowning: I can’t tell you the amount of help these are, especially compared to other models. They pick up bands from such a great distance. This is a great buy on them.

Link is 404 on Woot.

$99 is a great deal for a X50. I have an older X50 before the TSR software, and it would cost me $140 to send it back to them for a “tune up” & firmware upgrade (I think I get a free 4oz jar of snake oil with that though). Cheaper to just get one of these!

Can the usefulness of radar detectors be called into question with the advent of Waze? Assuming enough Waze users live in your area, I’ve found it a really good tool for being warned and warning others of speed traps. My limited experience with radar detectors was years ago and it involved them going off every time I passed a store with motion sensor doors.

We have moving radar  Even Waze can’t save you.

Link is fixed

Argh.

Yes, we moved it to the next sale to give people time.
