I used a small Grundig shortwave radio for many years, probably 10+ before the volume control started going flaky on it. I was very happy with the quality.
Recently got a Sangean replacement though–not sure if I need two more Grundigs.
Besides, the number of shortwave broadcasts and broadcasters seems to have gone down since the advent of the internet. Unless it’s an emergency, who needs shortwave if I can just stream it over the internet?
Actually it does mention USB as a power source in the list
