Humidity is 13% outside right now, 11% inside with the a/c on. This would be dual purpose for me, the humidifier can’t keep up.

Yikes! You must be in a desert.
Today’s outside humidity is 65% here. It was higher yet yesterday. Pretty typical summer humidity for around here, where swamp coolers are pretty useless.
