Such a let down when you can’t get what you purchased on a Woot Off. Not the first time either. Then when customer service takes a nose dive what do you have left. Nothing! A big fat waste of your time. Again, such a let down Woot. You should treat you loyal long-term customers better. ) out of 5 Stars!
