EZYFlare Roadside Flare – 2 Pack

It says good for boating - are they waterproof?

If I purchase these they will sit in the trunk for 2 years, and then when I finally need them the batteries will be dead, because there is no way I will remember to replace the batteries.

From ezyflare’s site: “The four Alkaline batteries provide around twelve hours of continuous operation.”

Also: “The power switch isolates the batteries from the electronic circuit. Therefore, the batteries will discharge only at the rate of their normal shelf life.”

Just what I needed for my boat. Thanks Woot.

Unfortunately even if you buy 3 (6) you will still be well below the minimum of 15 items of flair.

Pardon me while I burst into FLAMES…

Is it Tuesday already?

Sounds good, in for 3 sets.

"Q: Is Ezyflare waterproof?

A: The domestic version Ezyflare is water resistant. It can withstand heavy rainfall and it can float. The commercial model Ezyflare can withstand much harsher environments and is waterproof to one metre."

How big are these?

8x2 inches, got it off the website!

As an added bonus, you can use these with your Ouija board as a replacement planchette. Not only can you speak with those from another dimension, but now you can do it with eye-blinding strobes going off to make the entire process that much more disturbing.

That is how real mediums roll during their rave slash seances slash parties.

Here’s some sweet video of it in action. Actually looks kind of cool! Run your own evil Wootoff

These might actually be more useful than the potted miniature rose plant for Mother’s Day. Heh.

I doubt that. They are pretty flimsily constructed, but the batter compartment may be sealed off. I don’t really remember much about putting the batteries in, expect that the battery compartment takes a screwdriver to open.

From their FAQ: The domestic version Ezyflare is water resistant. It can withstand heavy rainfall and it can float. The commercial model Ezyflare can withstand much harsher environments and is waterproof to one metre.

If I tape magnets to the bottom can stick on the roof of my car and pretend to be a police car?

If these are still here when I wake up then I’ll get one (2).

LOL… tempting.
