FYI to those who might need a travel carrier: Airline approved does not mean anything. All airlines have slightly different dimensions for what is allowed/what fits. What may work on one airline may not work on others, or may be tough to do so. I currently have a Delta approved bag that doesn’t even always fit under a delta seat right because different planes=different spaces.
