hey, my Gladwell electric mop wont work!!! I put it together correctly, charged the battery, filled the liquid dispenser and nothing.
How do I return it???
This sucks because I really like it.

From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.
In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
