Faulty Kindle Purchase

I am currently trying to return the kindle I purchased on dec. 25. The screen is flickering and has not been dropped. Someone responded to my request to return and I was given 3 options:

  1. replacement
  2. a $5 credit if I chose to keep it and get it fixed
  3. and Return for a refund

I was not told how to return the Item only that I could do it. I am very sad about the fault in my kindle. HELP!
