Soft Boiled Eggs & Saltines. Good Anytime but especially for breakfast.
Only if it’s sausage gravy. Otherwise toss it in the garbage, it’s no better than shredded wheat.

Pancakes & waffles w/ bacon & eggs (yes, you can have both!). Or their Bacon Avocado omelet w/ hash browns crispy w/ chalula sauce & ketchup.

Rarely eat breakfast but I have two favorites; if I’m cooking at home, it’s Belgian Waffles with strawberries and if I’m at a restaurant/diner, it’s a ‘garbage plate’ or a ‘mess’.
Tacos -or- biscuits and gravy. Tacos travel well but biscuits and gravy require a fork so it’s for eating in.
Old Fashioned Oatmeal with blueberries.
Homemade waffles with butter and syrup. My husband however likes hash…yuck! It smells like warmed up dog food!

Ham is way underrated. Bacon gets all the love, but ham is fantastic, and it cooks up really well.
Toast with guacamole spread on top, then two over-easy eggs and a thick cut of ham.
