A while back, I worked in management for a subsidiary of the Mars company. You knew the level of meeting you were in by the candy on the table. Snickers and Mars for the regulars with Dove saved for the important people. I like them all, but my favorite was when I received several of these in the mail…OMG! Very expensive but they were gifted to me. The chocolate covered pecan brittle was amazing.

Snickers and Reese’s are my everyday preference, but I like a good salted caramel chocolate bar from Godiva, and See’s has a nut & chew bar, and a milk toffee almond bar I like.

I love a Reese’s, and Twix is fantastic, but there’s no getting around that as whole a Snickers is as close to the Perfect Candy Bar as Mankind is ever likely to achieve.

Candy bar? Then Snickers for the pole.
Don’t eat candy bars often yet would often choose Crunch bars for the crispy bits over other kinds. Or something caramel filled. Or sour chewy candy.
What I prefer now adays is higher quality chocolate confections and truffles. My wallet not so much.
