Favorite Cereals

They should bring back Mr. T cereal or Smurfs cereal. Those were awesome.

With the new Smurfs movie, I’d expect to see a cereal…but it might not be the same.

That’s funny. I was the youngest of 4, so when my mom bought the variety packs, all the good sweet cereals would be gone before I got my pick. I found myself developing a taste for Product 19, Special K and 40% Bran Flakes at an early age.

i bet that help turn you into a real regular guy.

I was a big fan of the FrankenBerry,

not so much the Count Chocula,

or the BooBerry

which had a bit of a chemical flavor.
After a while, my all time fave was Apple Jacks.

College was an orgy of Sugar Smacks or Super Sugar Crisp (before they renamed them with “honey”)…due to…um…yeah.

How about King Vitamin?

Or Freakies?

Or Honeycomb?

Or Alpha Bits?

do they even make alpha bits anymore?

My favorite growing up were these sugary, bad boys:

Whenever I’m in America I eat Froot Loops. Gotta love the loops. (what the flip is a lemonberry though?)

Cinnamon Toast Crunch.

“If I buy a box of Cinnaomon Toast Crunch at three in the afternoon, that box ain’t making it to 10 AM.” I concur Mike Birbiglia.

Sugar Pops.
Of course that is not what they are called now.

I think Sugar Smacks are still around. Might be called honey smacks.

I want the crappy things that used to be inside - little bits of nothings, but I thought they were treasures.
