Favorite hot sauce?

For regular, everyday hot sauce I prefer Trappey’s Red Devil™. If I need something thicker then it’s Huy Fong’s Sriracha. For creamy, Blue Top Curry Habanero. For Mexican food it has to be El Yucateco Green or Red Habanero Hot Sauce. I could go on, but will stop here.

Are you referring to Tuong Ot Sriracha by Huy Fong Foods down in Irwindale California?
That’s the Sriracha that really took off, now Tobasco has a pretty good knock off of it.

I make my own. It comes in three heat levels, depending on the number of ghost peppers I use per triple batch.
Zero ghost peppers is my Pompeii hot sauce, one ghost pepper is Krakatoa, and three ghost peppers is the K-T hot sauce.
It smells like a fresh garden, sometimes like a fresh garden someone’s spilled curry over, and will absolutely clear your sinuses if you eat it.

It depends on what I am eating. I like Tabasco’s Green Hot Sauce on sardines. I like… well, hell… Let’s just say that I like ALL hot sauce on EVERY thing. The hotter the better. I even grow my own peppers to make my own sauces. I go to Mexican restaurants and I tell them I want THEY’RE hot sauce, not that weak shit they pass out to the Americanos. They kind of look at this Italian boy funny the first time, but after I woof it down without breaking a sweat, we’re all compadres.
[For those with a stick up there ass, this is obviously (partially) a joke. If you can’t figure out which part, you know who you are.]
