Refurbished items will not work as they were already registered.
Company likely on verge of going out as they do not answer phones, emails, tweets or Facebook in a timely manner.
Sounded like a good idea but I’ll never know but it does not work and they have 0 technical support to resolve the issue!

I thought we had responded to this, but it looks like our comment was either deleted or didn’t post. We talked to this customer (Dan G) and offered our full technical support within 30 minutes of his requests. We answered him on Facebook, Twitter, and Email. He called a number that’s unlisted and not for customers. Happy to provide proof of our interactions if necessary, it seems he does this regularly to companies judging by his Twitter timeline.
